I was in thailand for about 1 year because my dad was a worked for USAID from Thailand to Afghanistan. When we were moving to a different apartment they said that they just cleaned it. So when we walked in there was black dust covering the floor, but the the doors to the balcony where opened and the buses blow that dust out in there exhaust.
